ATAS-120A shortwave mobile antenna from Yaesu

I found only limited documentation for this antenna on the internet. I have taken mechanical measurements myself and also recorded current and voltage data during tuning. All information provided without guarantee.

I took measurements on an antenna and created a model from them.
Extended length Download ATAS-120A Long Model (.step)	Total length 1614 mm

Middle section with rubber sealing part and included Allen key
Tip
Current and voltage measurement: Between 5 and 8.5 volts, the antenna moves — it becomes shorter. Between 10 and 13.5 volts, it extends. In between, it doesn’t move. At the upper or lower limit, the motor can still be heard, and the current increases significantly.
